Hanaqaad Institute provides primarily digital educational products and online courses. Because digital course access may provide immediate access to videos, lessons, files and other educational materials, refunds are subject to the conditions described below.

72 HOURS

Three-Day Refund Window

Eligible customers may request a refund within 72 hours (3 calendar days) from the time of purchase, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions in this policy.

01 Overview

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to courses, digital educational content and other eligible services purchased through Hanaqaad Institute.

The purpose of this policy is to provide customers with a reasonable opportunity to review their purchase while also protecting the digital educational content and the rights of Hanaqaad and its instructors.

02 72-Hour Refund Window

A customer may request a refund within 72 hours (3 calendar days) after the purchase is successfully completed.

Important: The 72-hour period begins from the recorded date and time of the successful transaction, not from the date the customer first contacts Hanaqaad.

Refund requests submitted after the 72-hour period may be declined unless an exception applies under this policy or applicable law.

03 Refund Eligibility

To generally qualify for a refund during the 72-hour period, the following conditions should be satisfied:

  • The request must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase.
  • The payment must have been successfully completed.
  • The customer must provide sufficient information to identify the transaction.
  • The request must not involve fraud, abuse or intentional misuse of the refund process.

04 Digital Course Access

Hanaqaad courses are digital products. Once payment is confirmed, a customer may receive immediate or near-immediate access to course materials.

Access may include videos, lessons, documents, downloadable resources, assignments, assessments, community features or other educational materials.

05 Course Usage

Customers may request a refund during the eligible period even if they have started reviewing a course, subject to the applicable conditions of this policy.

However, substantial downloading, copying, redistribution, recording, sharing or other misuse of protected course materials may affect eligibility and may result in additional action under the Terms & Conditions.

06 Refund Exclusions

A refund may be denied where:

  • The request is submitted after the 72-hour refund window.
  • The transaction cannot reasonably be verified.
  • The customer has engaged in fraud or payment abuse.
  • The course materials have been unlawfully copied, distributed or exploited.
  • The customer has repeatedly abused the refund system.
  • The request is inconsistent with applicable legal or payment-provider requirements.

07 Duplicate Payments

If the same customer is charged more than once for the same transaction or course due to a verified duplicate payment, Hanaqaad may refund the duplicate amount.

Customers should contact Hanaqaad as soon as possible when a duplicate payment is identified.

08 Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed or is automatically cancelled by the payment provider, Hanaqaad will generally not treat the transaction as a completed course purchase.

Where funds were actually deducted, the customer should provide the transaction reference so the payment can be investigated.

09 Unauthorized Payments

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, contact Hanaqaad and, where appropriate, your payment provider immediately.

Hanaqaad may investigate the transaction and may request reasonable information needed to determine what occurred.

10 Incorrect Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the wrong course, contact Hanaqaad within the 72-hour period.

Depending on the circumstances, Hanaqaad may provide a refund, exchange or alternative solution where reasonably possible.

11 Course Availability

Hanaqaad aims to keep purchased courses available to enrolled students for the period and under the conditions described on the relevant course page or applicable terms.

Temporary technical interruptions do not automatically create a right to a refund.

12 Technical Problems

If you cannot access a course because of a technical issue, contact Hanaqaad before requesting a refund whenever reasonably possible.

We may attempt to resolve access problems, restore access or provide another reasonable solution.

13 Instructor Cancellation

If an instructor cancels a course or Hanaqaad determines that a course can no longer reasonably be delivered, Hanaqaad may provide affected students with an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund or alternative course access.

14 Course Removal

Hanaqaad may remove, suspend or modify a course for legal, operational, quality, instructor or other legitimate reasons.

If removal materially affects a customer's purchased access, Hanaqaad may determine an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

15 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Hanaqaad using the official support email and clearly state that you are requesting a refund.

The request should be submitted within the applicable 72-hour period.

16 Information Required

To process a refund request, Hanaqaad may request information such as:

  • Customer name.
  • Email address associated with the account.
  • Course name.
  • Purchase date.
  • Transaction reference or payment confirmation.
  • Reason for the refund request.

Do not send passwords, PINs, CVV codes or other unnecessary sensitive payment credentials by email.

17 Refund Review Process

Hanaqaad may review the transaction, account, course access, payment status and reason for the request before approving or declining a refund.

The review is intended to ensure that the request meets the requirements of this policy.

18 Refund Approval

If a refund is approved, Hanaqaad may deactivate or revoke access to the refunded course.

A customer should not continue using, copying, downloading or distributing course materials after a refund has been approved and course access has been revoked.

19 Refund Method

Where reasonably possible, approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.

If the original payment method cannot receive a refund, Hanaqaad may contact the customer to determine an appropriate alternative method.

20 Refund Processing Time

After a refund is approved, Hanaqaad will initiate the refund within a reasonable processing period.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, wallet or financial institution.

21 Payment Provider Delays

Hanaqaad is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks, card networks, mobile-money operators, wallet providers or other external payment processors after the refund has been successfully initiated.

22 Currency & Processing Fees

Refund amounts may be affected by currency conversion, payment-provider rules or other transaction-level charges outside Hanaqaad's direct control.

Where applicable and legally permitted, third-party processing costs may be treated according to the terms of the payment provider and the circumstances of the transaction.

23 Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Hanaqaad first when they believe a payment or refund issue exists.

Unnecessary or fraudulent chargebacks may result in an investigation, temporary account restrictions or other appropriate action.

24 Account Restrictions

Hanaqaad may restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of payment abuse, fraudulent refund requests, unauthorized access or other serious misuse.

25 Abuse of the Refund Policy

The refund policy is intended for genuine customer protection, not for obtaining temporary access to paid educational content without paying for it.

Repeated refund requests, intentional downloading or copying before requesting refunds, account sharing, fraudulent transactions or other abuse may result in refund denial and account action.

26 Promotional Purchases

Courses purchased during promotions remain subject to this Refund & Returns Policy unless the specific promotion clearly states different conditions.

27 Discounted Courses

Discounted courses may qualify for refunds under the same general 72-hour rules unless a clearly disclosed special condition applies.

28 Bundles & Packages

Where multiple courses are sold together as a bundle or package, refund eligibility may be assessed based on the bundle as a whole and the amount of access already provided.

Hanaqaad may apply reasonable adjustments where individual courses within a discounted bundle cannot be separately valued.

29 Certificates

If a refund is approved after a certificate has been issued, Hanaqaad may invalidate or revoke the certificate associated with the refunded course.

30 Free Courses

Free courses and free educational resources do not qualify for monetary refunds because no purchase payment was made.

31 Instructor Revenue

Where a refund relates to an instructor-created course, Hanaqaad may adjust or reverse the related instructor revenue, commission or balance according to the applicable Instructor Agreement and platform rules.

A refund may therefore affect the amount otherwise payable to the relevant instructor for that transaction.

32 Tax & Legal Requirements

Refunds may be handled in accordance with applicable tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal requirements.

Where a mandatory legal right provides a customer with greater protection than this policy, the applicable legal right will take precedence to the extent required.

33 Policy Exceptions

Hanaqaad may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, including serious technical problems, verified duplicate payments, service failures or other unusual circumstances.

An exception granted in one situation does not automatically create an entitlement to the same exception in another situation.

34 Changes to This Policy

Hanaqaad may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment systems, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
