Hanaqaad's Role

Courses may be created by Hanaqaad or by independent instructors.
Student Rights
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, students have the right to:
- Access courses they have validly purchased.

- Keeping login information secure.
- Providing accurate information.
- Not sharing your account.

- Informing Hanaqaad if your account is compromised.
Account Sharing
A Hanaqaad student account is intended for the individual who purchased or was authorized to receive the course.
You may not share, sell, transfer or publish your account credentials or provide unauthorized course access.
Course Enrollment
Course access is normally activated after successful payment confirmation and verification.
Sending money or providing a receipt does not automatically guarantee course activation. Hanaqaad may verify the transaction before granting access.
Course Prices
Course prices may vary. Hanaqaad may change prices, offer discounts, coupons, bundles and limited-time promotions. The price displayed at the time of purchase normally applies to that transaction.
Payment Methods
Where available, Hanaqaad may accept:
- EVC Plus
- ZAAD
- eDahab
- Sahal
- Wallet services
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Other payment methods made available by Hanaqaad
Payment Verification
Hanaqaad may verify transaction numbers, payment amounts, dates, payment status, customer accounts and other information reasonably necessary to confirm a payment.
Hanaqaad may delay activation until payment is verified.
Fraudulent Payments
Hanaqaad prohibits:
- Fake payment receipts.
- Stolen payment methods.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Unauthorized payments.
- Manipulation of payment records.
- Chargeback abuse.
- Attempts to obtain courses without valid payment.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by Hanaqaad's Refund & Returns Policy.
Unless a different rule applies or applicable law provides stronger rights, customers may generally request a refund within 3 calendar days / 72 hours from successful purchase and payment verification.
Because courses are digital products, course access, viewing, downloading, copying, completion, certificates, fraud and other factors may affect refund eligibility.
Course Access After Refund
When a refund is approved, Hanaqaad may cancel enrollment, remove course access, disable downloads, revoke future updates and invalidate certificates where appropriate.
A customer who receives a refund may not continue using or distributing the refunded course.
Digital Course License
Purchasing a course gives the customer a personal, limited and non-transferable right to access the course for educational purposes.
You may not:
- Copy or resell the entire course.
- Share course videos.
- Upload course content elsewhere.
- Distribute course materials.
- Record and redistribute lessons.
- Sell downloaded materials.
- Provide unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Hanaqaad and/or the relevant content owner retain intellectual-property rights in website design, logos, branding, text, graphics, videos, course materials, software and platform features.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Hanaqaad intellectual property to a student.
Instructor Course Ownership
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, an instructor may retain ownership of original course materials they create.
By publishing a course through Hanaqaad, the instructor grants Hanaqaad the necessary rights and license to host, display, sell, deliver, market, store and operate the course through the platform.
Detailed ownership and licensing may also be governed by a separate Instructor Agreement.
Instructor Responsibilities
Every instructor must:
- Provide accurate course information.
- Deliver legitimate educational content.
- Respect intellectual-property rights.
- Avoid plagiarism.
- Avoid misleading claims.
- Protect student information.
- Follow Hanaqaad policies.
- Follow applicable laws.
- Maintain professional conduct.
Instructor Revenue Sharing
Where revenue sharing is enabled, course revenue will be allocated according to the applicable Hanaqaad revenue-sharing structure.
| Allocation | Percentage |
|---|---|
| Instructor | 60% |
| Hanaqaad / Administration | 25% |
| Advertising & Marketing | 10% |
| Operating & Payment Costs | 5% |
| Total | 100% |
This structure may be changed for particular instructors, courses, promotions or written agreements where Hanaqaad and the instructor expressly agree otherwise.
Marketing and Operating Allocation
The revenue allocation supports the operation and growth of the platform.
- Advertising and social media marketing.
- Course promotion.
- Website hosting.
- Platform maintenance.
- Software and technical infrastructure.
- Payment processing.
- Video storage and delivery.
- Security and customer support.
- Administrative services.
The 10% Marketing allocation and 5% Operating & Payment Costs allocation are part of the overall 100% allocation and are not additional percentages added on top.
Instructor Withdrawals
An instructor may request a withdrawal when their available balance is at least $20 and the relevant income has remained on the platform for at least 3 days.
Withdrawal availability may be affected by refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud investigations, payment-provider delays or legitimate financial verification requirements.
Withdrawal Fees
Where a separate withdrawal or processing fee is configured, the applicable fee will be displayed or communicated to instructors.
A fee should not be deducted twice for the same transaction.
Refunds and Instructor Revenue
If a student receives a refund, the corresponding instructor revenue may be reversed or adjusted.
Hanaqaad may also adjust instructor balances for chargebacks, payment reversals, fraud or duplicate payment corrections.
Taxes
Each instructor is responsible for understanding and complying with tax obligations applicable to their income.
Hanaqaad may make legally required deductions or request information necessary for financial or tax compliance.
Instructor and Student Relationship
Students who enroll through Hanaqaad are customers of the Hanaqaad platform for the purpose of the platform transaction.
Instructors may interact with students for legitimate educational purposes but must comply with Hanaqaad rules concerning student information, payments, marketing, confidentiality and non-circumvention.
Student Information and Instructor Access
Instructors may receive limited student information where necessary for legitimate educational purposes.
Instructors must not:
- Sell student information.
- Transfer student information.
- Share student information without authorization.
- Use student data for unrelated commercial purposes.
- Add students to unauthorized marketing lists.
- Use Hanaqaad student information to promote competing services.
- Use student information to bypass Hanaqaad.
Non-Circumvention
An instructor must not use relationships, student information, customer contacts or opportunities obtained through Hanaqaad to deliberately bypass Hanaqaad's platform or commercial relationship.
This includes attempting to:
- Move Hanaqaad students to direct private payments.
- Sell the same course directly to Hanaqaad students outside the platform.
- Redirect students to another platform to avoid Hanaqaad's revenue arrangement.
- Encourage students to stop purchasing through Hanaqaad to avoid platform fees.
- Use Hanaqaad student lists to build a competing customer base.
- Otherwise deliberately circumvent Hanaqaad's commercial relationship.
This restriction does not prevent an instructor from working independently with people they already knew independently and did not obtain through Hanaqaad.
Other Platforms and Competition
Hanaqaad does not automatically prohibit instructors from working with other educational platforms unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
However, instructors may not use Hanaqaad student data, confidential information, customer lists, private analytics, payment information or internal business information for the benefit of a competitor.

- Constitute government accreditation.
- Constitute university accreditation.
- Guarantee employment.
- Guarantee income.
- Guarantee professional licensing.

Hanaqaad provides educational and training services. Course completion does not guarantee employment, business success, income, promotion, professional licensing, university admission or any particular career outcome.
Instructor Content Disclaimer
Instructor-created content represents the educational material of the relevant instructor unless Hanaqaad expressly states otherwise.
Hanaqaad may review or moderate content but does not necessarily guarantee that every statement made by an instructor is accurate, complete or current.
Account Suspension or Termination
Hanaqaad may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of Terms violations, fraud, payment abuse, account sharing, course piracy, unauthorized access, student-data misuse, instructor misconduct, non-circumvention, security threats or illegal activity.
Effect of Termination
After termination, unauthorized access must stop, confidential information must remain protected, intellectual-property obligations continue and applicable payment and refund obligations remain governed by the relevant policies and law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hanaqaad will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled through the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are subject to applicable laws governing Hanaqaad and the relevant transaction.
Mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to the customer will continue to apply where required.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
Failure by Hanaqaad to enforce a provision of these Terms does not mean Hanaqaad has permanently waived that provision.
Changes to These Terms
Hanaqaad may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the Website with a revised Last Updated date.
Where legally required, Hanaqaad may provide additional notice of material changes.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Instructor Agreement, course-specific terms and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms form the applicable agreement governing use of Hanaqaad services.
Where a separate written Instructor Agreement conflicts with general terms concerning the instructor relationship, the specific Instructor Agreement may control that relationship.
